Delete Your Account
Effective: March 2026
You can permanently delete your Noventia account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.
Option 1 — In-App
Open Noventia → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Option 2 — Via Email
If you cannot access the app, send a request from your registered email address to support@noventia.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, authentication data)
- Lesson history, training results, and forecasts
- Analytics data and usage patterns
- Progression, XP, Stars, and status data
- All personal settings and preferences
What Data Will Not Be Retained
No personal data is retained after your account is deleted. Once the deletion is processed, all data listed above is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
