Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Noventia application and website (noventia.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Noventia is a financial education application. The service includes interactive lessons, market simulators based on historical data, daily training, a market news feed, the Oracle forecast tournament, XP and Stars accumulation, and the Proof of Evolution (PoE) scoring system.

All content in Noventia is educational. Noventia does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the service constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Simulators and forecasts use practice points only. Decisions about your real money are solely your own.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may authenticate using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Use the service in good faith and for personal development
  • Do not attempt to manipulate XP, Stars, PoE scores, or status progression
  • Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Do not use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and intellectual property related to Noventia, including the lesson content, simulators, the Oracle, the PoE algorithm, and visual design, are owned by the Noventia team.

6. Premium Subscriptions

  • A future Plus subscription may provide additional depth and convenience features.
  • Premium features provide no gameplay advantage. All lessons, training, simulators, the Oracle, XP, and Stars are available to free users.
  • Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play.

7. Stars and XP

  • Stars and XP are earned exclusively through in-app actions.
  • Stars cannot be purchased with real money, traded, or transferred.
  • Stars and XP have no monetary value.

8. Pioneer Status

Pioneer status is limited to 250 users and is granted automatically when eligibility conditions are met (a minimum PoE score and a minimum number of active days, as displayed in the app). Once granted, Pioneer status cannot be revoked or transferred. The program closes permanently after 250 users have been granted the status.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noventia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
