Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Noventia application and website (noventia.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Noventia is a behavioral evolution application that provides daily micro-tasks across 10 life directions. The service includes task completion, progress tracking, XP and Stars accumulation, identity role progression, and the Proof of Evolution (PoE) scoring system.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may authenticate using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Use the service in good faith and for personal development
  • Do not attempt to manipulate XP, Stars, PoE scores, or role progression
  • Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Do not use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and intellectual property related to Noventia — including the task system, role system, PoE algorithm, and visual design — are owned by the Noventia team.

6. Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions provide cosmetic features only: themes, avatar frames, visual effects.
  • Premium provides zero gameplay advantage. All tasks, directions, roles, XP, and Stars are available to free users.
  • Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play.

7. Stars and XP

  • Stars and XP are earned exclusively through in-app actions.
  • Stars cannot be purchased with real money, traded, or transferred.
  • Stars and XP have no monetary value.

8. Pioneer Program

The first 100 users get permanent Pioneer status. Once earned, Pioneer status cannot be revoked or transferred. The program closes permanently after 100 users have enrolled.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noventia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
