Moves on when: 30 people open the app every day for 14 days in a row. Otherwise the plan is reconsidered.

Phase 1. League

A new main screen around a position. Track record and a discipline index. Levels. A feed built from trades. Duels. Free tournaments. Nuto as a coach and lessons in context. Mentor groups. Attestation on the blockchain. A full web version. Seeker dApp Store. English only.

Moves on when: 30-day retention at 20% or higher, and weekly active traders growing three months in a row.

Phase 2. Money first

Paid tournaments on Android, Seeker, and web, not on iOS. A subscription. Level 3 with routing. xStocks and commodities. Clans and seasons. Trader style. A track record API. Full mentorship. Translations by market priority.

Moves on when: Revenue covers infrastructure and Nuto. Hundreds of verified traders. At least one outside service reads the attestations.

Phase 3. Scale

Prediction markets. Multiplayer at a table. An SDK. Partner tournaments. A grant or Colosseum with real traction.

Moves on when: A team, not a solo founder.

Phase 4. Capital

A prop pool. A separate legal entity, an investor, risk management. Possibly a separate company.
